Nélio José Teles is a Portuguese professional with a solid academic background in Physical        Education and Sports, having completed a bachelor’s degree in this field, followed by a master’s degree in High Performance Training.

Since 2004, he has devoted his career to teaching Physical Education, at both the lower secondary and secondary school levels.

Alongside his teaching, Nélio has developed significant work as a handball coach of both male and female teams. His experience also extends to training in walking-based activities (pedestrianism), integrating this practice into the curricular content of   various subjects and in educational activities outside the classroom.

Recognized for his pedagogical commitment and his ability to combine sports practice with Education, Nélio José Teles has actively contributed to the physical, sporting, and academic development of the students he works with, leaving a lasting impact on the educational community.
