Trainer, business consultant, and researcher. An expert in the practical application of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and the design of engaging development processes based on gamification. He combines deep technical and academic knowledge with many years of business experience as an entrepreneur. He implements AI solutions that free up an average of 25% of employees’ working time.

As a trainer and consultant, he supports organizations in key areas of digital transformation. He helps businesses implement AI tools, engages teams through game-based learning and gamification, and builds a strong cybersecurity culture. He also specializes in optimizing decision-making processes by leveraging synergies between humans and artificial intelligence.

He is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Economics in Katowice, where he is preparing a dissertation entitled “Human–AI Synergy in Strategic Decision-Making.” He is the author of publications in the field of artificial intelligence. He holds a Master’s degree in Automation and Robotics and has completed postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence in Business. He is a certified graduate of the “Skills of Tomorrow: AI” program (Google & SGH) and the “AIDEAS” program (GP & WUT). As a Senior Trainer for the international organization Board of European Students of Technology (BEST), he delivers training to students from leading technical universities across Europe.
