This course offers a practical and engaging introduction to English for school staff with little or no prior knowledge. Participants will develop basic vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills through interactive sessions tailored to educational and mobility contexts. A unique feature of the course is the inclusion of outdoor lessons, held during guided walks in mountain areas and urban settings, allowing participants to practice English in real-life situations. The course fosters confidence, intercultural awareness, and prepares staff for effective communication. No prior English experience is required.

Metodology & Assessment
The course follows a communicative, task-based approach, combining classroom learning with experiential outdoor activities. Teaching methods include:
- Role-play and group work.
- Listening tasks and language games.
- Outdoor sessions in natural and urban settings.
- Use of digital tools for practice and revision.
Assessment is informal and based on active participation, self-reflection, and practical engagement. There are no formal exams. Continuous feedback supports progress and builds learner confidence.
