Game Based Learning for Schools and Teachers

It is universally recognized that educators should offer activities that actively engage students in the learning process. Exploring the realms of games and digital tools is crucial, as they enhance reality and provide educators with avenues to foster learning. Games and technology create optimal environments for exploration, significantly impacting students’ ability to learn through hands-on experiences and immediate acquisition of knowledge and skills. The seamless integration of theory and practice in problem-solving within the context of a game is a key aspect. Through playing and interacting with various forms of reality, students can absorb knowledge without consciously realizing it. The foundation of fun and engagement is essential for constructing abilities and understanding.

This course ensures participants grasp how learning opportunities, reinforcements, stimuli, autonomy, and collaboration intertwine with game-based learning. By the course’s conclusion, participants will comprehend the advantages and disadvantages of different techniques. They will feel confident in selecting the most suitable game-based activities aligned with their teaching goals and the specific needs of their students.
