“Speak & Connect” is a practical Erasmus+ English course for teachers designed for educators with basic English skills who want to improve communication in school and everyday situations.
The course focuses on real-life communication, helping participants gain confidence when speaking English with colleagues, students, parents, and international partners.
Through interactive activities and supportive learning, teachers develop language skills that can be immediately applied in both professional and social contexts.

Middle school teachers, secondary school teachers, adult education providers, VET teachers, head teachers, deputy heads, future head teachers, trainers, councilors, librarians, researchers, NGO workers, volunteers serving in the education sector.

Course Objectives

This Erasmus+ English course for teachers (beginners level) focuses on developing practical communication skills that can be used in both school and everyday situations. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • develop intercultural awareness and readiness for international collaboration
  • use basic English expressions in professional and everyday contexts
  • introduce themselves and participate in simple conversations with confidence
  • communicate basic needs during travel and Erasmus+ mobility activities
  • understand key vocabulary related to school life and international cooperation
  • develop listening and speaking skills through practical communication exercises
  • apply English in real-life situations, including outdoor and community settings
  • gain confidence in using English in diverse and multicultural environments

Methodology & Assessment

The course follows a communicative and task-based approach, fully aligned with the principles of Erasmus+ teacher training courses.

Learning combines classroom activities with real-life practice, ensuring that participants actively use English in meaningful contexts.

Costs

The 560 EUR fee covers the course tuition, issuing the required Erasmus+ documents, coffee breaks, and a guided tour.
We offer an optional cultural programme in order to provide you with opportunities to explore the wonders of the area. All the details including the destinations and the prices will be sent to the participants two months before the course starts.

Please note:

  • Transport to activity sites is subject to an additional fee.
  • Group meals are optional and paid separately.
  • Accommodation, meals, and other transport arrangements are not included and must be organized by participants or their institutionsovers the course tuition, issuing the required Erasmus+ documents, coffee breaks, and a guided tour.
