Learning Objectives

This Erasmus+ teacher training course on creativity and mindfulness aims to support educators in developing practical competences aligned with the priorities of the Erasmus+ programme.

By the end of the course, participants will:

  • Enhance teacher wellbeing by developing self-care strategies based on mindfulness and creative practices
  • Reduce stress and improve focus using techniques such as meditation, movement, and creative expression
  • Foster creativity in the classroom by implementing methods that support innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Integrate digital tools (ICT) to support mindfulness and creativity in both classroom and outdoor learning environments
  • Increase student engagement and motivation through interactive and experience-based teaching approaches
  • Strengthen intercultural awareness and understanding of social, linguistic, and cultural diversity
  • Adapt activities to diverse learners, including students with different needs, abilities, and backgrounds

All proposed activities are flexible and can be adapted to different age groups and educational contexts. Participants are required to complete a Needs Analysis before the course to ensure personalised learning outcomes.

The course also includes one cultural activity, supporting intercultural learning and exchange—an important element of Erasmus+ mobility

Participants are evaluated through:

Costs

The 560 EUR fee covers the course tuition, issuing the required Erasmus+ documents, coffee breaks, and a guided tour.
We offer an optional cultural programme in order to provide you with opportunities to explore the wonders of the area. All the details including the destinations and the prices will be sent to the participants two months before the course starts.
