Authentic Leadership in Education is a professional development course designed for teachers, school leaders and education professionals who want to build trust-based, resilient and inclusive school environments.

Developing authentic leadership is a key element of any effective educational leadership course. In this training, participants explore how self-awareness, values, and personal identity influence leadership style and decision-making in school environments.

Methodology & assessment
The course uses experiential, process-based facilitation including group work, reflection, case studies, and creative exercises (e.g. team metaphors, value mapping). Participants engage in collaborative problem-solving based on real school scenarios.
Assessment is continuous and non-formal, based on participation, reflection, and practical application of tools. Participants develop an action plan for improving team functioning in their school.
Every participant needs to complete the Needs Analysis before taking the course. Course outcomes are applicable for school leaders, management teams, and educational organisations.
This course is based on practical and interactive learning:

Costs
The 560 EUR fee covers the course tuition, issuing the required Erasmus+ documents, coffee breaks, and a guided tour.
We offer an optional cultural programme in order to provide you with opportunities to explore the wonders of the area. All the details including the destinations and the prices will be sent to the participants two months before the course starts.
