Journaling and Emotional Geography for Self-Reflection, Professional Growth and Creative Competences

Step into a week where writing, landscape, and imagination meet. This workshop is more than journaling—it’s an invitation to listen deeply to yourself and to the places that host you. Between the classroom and the sea cliffs of Balestrate, you will explore how emotions, memories, and geography intertwine. Through mindful walks, geopoetic writing, drawing meditations, and sensory immersion—from quiet notebooks to the open sea—you will learn to map your inner landscapes while discovering the genius of Sicilian places.

Designed as a creative and non-judgmental space, the workshop connects journaling practices with emotional geography to awaken presence, ecological sensitivity, and new ways of storytelling. By the end, you’ll not only have a notebook filled with personal reflections but also a renewed sense of connection—to yourself, to others, and to the living world around you.
